A lil bit of an idea I had, and I thought that it might be entertaining to use it as some writing practice for me, and to explain to y'all where the chapters are.

3rd Person POV

A small night fury crept quietly onto the stage. It was easy to see that the dragon was terrified of being scolded by the audience, as her eyes were wide and she was tense. If she could've fled, she would've, but she knew that she had to explain to the readers why there hasn't been a chapter in a while.

Snow's POV

I padded up the stairs and onto the stage silently, knowing that my stage fright was evident to the audience. I've always had this uncontrollable fear of speaking in front of groups of people, though I hope to work over it this summer. I steeled my resolve to do this, to begin to work through my fear using words.

*squeak* *squeak*

"Of course the microphone is broken... I guess that y'all will have to stay quiet so that you can hear me."

"Gemma (Luneforrune) has just gone back to school, and she is also on a 12-hour time difference from me and Lady Shady, which is why she has very little time to work on a chapter currently."

"Shady (HipsterShady2), on the other hand, is just finishing up the school year. As far as I know, both of us only have a few weeks left, so Shady's chapters should increase, and I may try my own writing skills to flesh out a chapter or two if Gemma gives me the outline, so that she can focus on her schoolwork."

*playful purrs and rumbles are heard from Lana and Vikk*

"Oi! Vikklan! I don't care if you're off duty on Crossfire right now, you need to hush so the readers can understand what I'm saying!"

*Vikk and Lana settle down*

"I suppose they wanted me to remind everyone to check out Lady Gemma's (Luneforrune) stories, particularly A Leap of Faith and Dusk and Dawn. Although they may have just been bored, it's hard to tell with those two. Hmmmm... maybe Gemma knows what they were thinking, as they're her characters."

"And while I'm at it, check out HipsterShady2's stories. They can get a bit dark, but they're good."

"This'll be an interesting summer, and I hope that you're ready to come on this adventure with us!"
