This one is a little different. No matter the AU, this event in Ash's life stays the same.

Ash was 12 when she got her first period. Wu was prepared for this the moment he adopted Ash.

The night was peaceful and Wu was meditating until he heard a scream coming from Ash. He rushed towards her. "Ash, where are you?" Wu yelled. He got a response and knew that Ash was in the bathroom. Wu calmed down and knocked.

"Ash, Hun, are you ok in there?" He asked.

"No. Can you come in please?" Ash's fear was enough for Wu to crack the door open. Ash was sitting on the floor, covered up. He knew what was going on when he saw Ash's bloody pants in the trash. Wu gently explained to Ash that she got her period and what to do. Ash calmed down.

"So, I'm gonna get this every month?"

"Yes. I can tell that your's is gonna be heavy. And to ease the pain, I got you a heating pad." Wu handed Ash the item and helped her up. Ash pulled him into a hug.

"Thank you dad. I love you."

"I love you too. Good night Ash. Get some sleep and I'll see you in the morning."

"But dad, it's basically the next day." Wu couldn't help but laugh. Ash headed back to bed while Wu went back to his meditating session before turning in himself.

At around eleven, Ash walked into the kitchen where her father was. Wu let her sleep in a little bit because of last night's event. They ate and Ash got started on her lessons.

Ash is also homeschooled.
