The time twins had retuned, deemed not a threat, and were bunking with Wu until they found a place. Nix was walking down the hallway to the bathroom when he noticed that the light was on. He saw Ash in there by the sink washing something all with an unamused look on her face. "What are you doing up this early?"

"Ah, the wonders of waking up in the middle of the night only to find out that you started your period. It sucks."

"Oh ok. So, you're washing the blood out of your-" Ash stopped him.

"You don't have to say it, but yes. It's so they're not stained when I go to wash them."

"That's smart. Um, I gotta go." Ash finished up and let Nix use the bathroom. The two went back to bed, and became friends almost instantly.
