The ninja have an auxiliary team whenever they're away.

A few convicts have escaped from prison and the auxiliary team was called to capture them. The ninja were at Shintaro celebrating Princess Vania's birthday. Shade had recently broke his leg, so Ash took over as the temporary master of shadow. She would locate the thugs, and let the others know where they were.

Krux was reading when he hurt his brother scream from outside. He ran and open the door, only to find Nix being held at knifepoint.

"Let my brother go." Krux demanded. "Who are you guys?"

"The name is Violet. And we need a place to hide. The ninja aren't around, so no one can stop us." She let Nix go and laughed. Krux told them to get off of his property and to go somewhere else. Violet was about to strike him when everyone saw that one of the convicts was flailing around.
"What's wrong with you?"

"Something is beating me. And I don't know what." Violet looked towards the ground and threw her knife at a shadow, which disappeared. That was when it took the form of Ash, who eventually subdued the thugs with the help from Skylor. Ash was standing there when Nix decided to try and tap her shoulder. She noticed and vanished and took form next to her friend.

"Don't touch me." Nix was about to say something until Krux butted in.

"Thank you. Anyways, where's Shade?"

"Eh, Shade's-"

"DEAD!?" Nix blurted out.

"What, no. He broke his leg and I'm filling in for him. My families away so Morro and I decided to stay." Ash replied.

"Oh, ok." Ash could tell that there was jealousy in Nix's voice and smirked.

"Oh, you're jealous and think that Shade and I are together. Admit it, you like me."

"No I don't."

"Yeah you do. Isn't that right Eli?" Ash was leaning on the Master of light, who made himself known.

"He does. I know when someone is lying." Pale said. Skylor also agreed.

"Yeah, well, he better not hurt her or I'm gonna put him in a hospital bed." That was when Morro appeared. He had a pale green hue to him, but became solid within seconds. Morro was glaring at Nix and the twin cowered behind his brother.

"I'm scared of him." Nix said.

"As you should be." Morro told him.

" I never laid a hand on her. Maybe clashing weapons, but I didn't push Ash or anything. Momma taught me to never hit girls, even if they are our enemies."

"Oh, you're such a gentleman." Ash said.

"Thanks. So, are you going to give Shade his element back when he's better?"

"Of course I am. Like I said, I'm filling in for him. I was actually supposed to go with dad and the others."

"He doesn't sound like'just a friend' if you're doing this for Shade." Nix replied.

"Oh, you're really jelly. Shade is into dude and his boyfriend is standing right next to me." Ash was pointing towards Mr. Pale.

"Sorry for being a jealous idiot." Ash shrugged it off. He went to give her a hug, but Morro started glaring at him again, so Nix backed away.

"Morro, now you're being the asshole, so stop it." Morro did. The police arrived and took Violet and the others away. Nix got his hug from Ash and Morro started spying on them whenever they hung out together.

I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote this. And Morro can become a ghost at his advantage.
