Krux and Nix got some of Wu's mail and decided to bring it to them. They got there and Zane let them in. "Where is everyone?" Nix asked.

"They're out on a mission. But they have to stay on the bounty for a few days. Ash is sick and-" Before Zane could finish, Ash walked into the kitchen.

"Woah, something gnarly is going on with your eyes." Nix tried to walk towards Ash, but Zane and Krux blocked his path. "HEY!"

"Ash has an extreme case of pinkeye. And it's very contagious." Zane told him.

"Trust me brother, you don't want it. You already have a weaker immune system than I and I don't want to see you in pain."

"Oh, ok. I never heard of pinkeye before. How does one get it?" Krux didn't want to answer, but Zane told Nix and the twin was disturbed. "I regret asking. I'm leaving, goodbye." Nix breezes past Ash and skedaddles out the door.

"Alright, you get well." Ash decided to size up to Krux, who only laughed. He knew she wouldn't hurt him and vice versa.

Nix woke up with his eyes red and swollen. Somehow, he contracted pinkeye from Ash and Krux had to take care of him.

Just to clarify: Krux would never hurt Ash in any of these.
