•This is one of the original one-offs I wrote. This one doesn't have Ash in it. Twins return and Nix was turned into a baby as a result of the time portal.

•Side note: The series ends after the defeat of the oni unless I state otherwise.

•Nya is expecting and this one showcases Nix's soft side a little more. And no, Nya is not allowed to train with the others.

•There will be time skips.

May 30, 2019 2:00 pm

The ninja were training in the yard. Nya was three months pregnant and Wu was out getting tea as usual. The sky then began to grow dark. "Alright guys, let's go in. It's gonna pour." Lloyd said. As they were about to head inside, some kind of portal opened up with someone falling out. Zane summoned his dragon and caught them. When they landed, everyone was shocked to learn that it was Krux who fell. He was holding something and seemed to be very protective of it. Krux also appeared to be young as well.

"Stay back, all of you." Krux said while still holding the bundle in his arms. That was when it started to cry and everyone now knew that he was holding a baby. Lloyd and Kai had the twin backed into a corner when Zane stopped them.

"Stop you two. Can't you see that he's scared? And cornering Krux is not helping the situation."

"We just want him to hand over the child." Kai then turned to Krux. "What are you doing with a baby?"

"What am I doing? What am I doing? I'm trying to keep you two from taking my brother away. That's what I'm doing." Krux replied with an angry tone in his voice. "The time stream made me young, but turned Nix into a baby. I can tell he's at least a year because he can walk." At the sound of Krux's voice, Nix stopped crying and turned to look at the ninja. His eyes went straight to Nya and he held out his hands.

"Mama." He said. Nya looked at the little one with a shocked expression. Krux put Nix down and he walked over to Nya and cling to her legs. "Mama." He said again, wanting to be picked up. She picked him up.

"I'm not your mommy, but you are an adorable little menace." Nya said with a smile. Nix laughed and grabbed her nose. Everyone was watching the scene.

"How are you not mad at him?" Kai asked.

"He's a baby. I love kids and would never hurt them. I'm carrying your niece or nephew dude." Nya replied. She tried to hand Nix back to Krux, but he was having none of it and started crying. "I'm sorry Sweetie, you have to go back to your brother." Nix somewhat understood and was handed back to Krux, who hugged him.

"I love you little bro, remember that." The ninja declared the twins no longer a threat and invited Krux in where they had some spare clothes for Nix until he started to age. At four, Wu came home and was told of the situation.

At around seven, Krux was trying to give Nix a bath which proved to be difficult for him. "Will you sit still so I can bathe you?" That made Nix squirm even more. Ten minutes later, Nix was bathed. As Krux was draining the tub, his brother ran off butt naked into the living room where everyone else was. That was when Kai yelled.

"KRUX, COME GET YOUR BROTHER! HE'S IN HIS BIRTHDAY SUIT!" Krux ran in and tried to grab Nix, who only ran from him. He then sat on Nya's lap.

"Come on. I need to get some pajamas on you. It's bed time." Krux said. Nya offered to help with Jay going with them. After Nix was dressed, he was put into the crib meant for Nya's kid as he was allowed to use it til then. Nix however stood back up and wanted Nya to hold him.

"I hope he gets his memories back and realizes that you are not his mom."

"Don't worry, he will. Just give it some time. I need to go sit down. I'm not even at that stage of pregnancy and my feet are killing me."

"Nix isn't gonna let you until you hold him Hun." Jay replied as he looked over at the twin. Nya picked him up and sang to Nix. A few minutes later, he fell asleep and Nya placed him back into the crib.

"Now if he gets up in the middle of the night, just sing to him. Nix fell asleep right away. Good night." Nya said.

"Good night you two." Krux closed the door and went to bed waiting for tomorrow.

May 31, 2019 10:00 am

Krux was feeding Nix and surprisingly, he wanted his brother. "I don't know how babies can eat this stuff." Krux said.

"Hey, we all did. When you're done, get him dressed. We invited the other elemental masters over for a BBQ. Zane and Cole are out buying the stuff as we speak. We told them about you two." Lloyd told him.

"You did? And let me guess, Karlof is gonna be here? He's going to beat me because we kidnapped him."

"No he won't. We told Karlof before hand and he knows that Nix is a baby." Lloyd Reassured the older twin. "The party starts at one." Lloyd walked out and a Krux got his brother dressed.

One rolled around and everyone was there. All of them were giving Nix a lot of attention, which he liked. Griffin picked him up.

"How could someone this cute be evil?" He asked.

"He's going to regain his memories and start aging like Wu did. And we are not bad anymore." Krux replied. Griffin set Nix down on the ground, who then ran off.

"He's a bundle of energy. Why does he keep going towards Nya?"

"Right now, Nix thinks she's his mother. Our mom had black hair and normally wore it in a ponytail. When he starts to remember, he'll call her 'Nya'. I hope." Krux and Griffin continued to talk until they heard the others scream and laugh. Krux heard Kai yell again.

"HE'S IN HIS BIRTHDAY SUIT AGAIN!" Nix somehow managed to take his clothes off and run around the training yard. This time, Krux was able to grab his brother before he could run away.

"Dude, that's the second time Nix did that. I don't want to see his, you know. Can you put something on him that he can't take off?" Kai asked. Krux nodded and went inside. He came back out a few minutes later with Nix in his suit with the hood. The party was over around six and everyone was able to relax.

June 14, 2019 1:00 pm (Nix is 5)

Nix was in the living room coloring and watching tv while Nya was babysitting him. The others were called to a meeting including Krux. Nix was at least five years old. He had finished a picture and walked over to Nya and handed it to her.

"I colored this for you. I'm sorry for everything." Nix crawled up beside Nya and cried. She pulled him into a hug.

"It's ok. The picture is lovely, thank you." Nya replied. The two watched tv until Nix fell asleep.

At around four, everyone returned home and saw Nya flipping through channels while Nix was sleeping on her side. Jay took out his phone and snapped a picture to which the twin woke up. Nya gave him a dirty look and Jay cleared his throat.

"So, how was babysitting Nix? Did he give you any trouble?"

"No. He slept the entire time. But I'm kind of glad he's up because of not, Nix will be up all night." Nya replied. Nix was hyper all day and was taken to the park to burn out his energy so he would sleep tonight. Krux was the one to watch him and the two be picked up around six. Nix ran up to his brother.

"Can you push me on the swings please?" Nix asked. Krux got up and was pulled towards the swings by his brother.

June 15, 2019 2:00 am

Nix was woken up to the sound of thunder. He got out of his bed and got into Krux's. The older twin woke up. "Nix, what are you doing?" Nix was about to speak when another clap of thunder boomed, causing the five year old to hide under the blanket. Krux realized what was going on and hugged his brother. "It's alright. I'm here and I'm not going anywhere." Krux sang and Nix eventually fell asleep. The older twin lied Nix down and covered him up. He followed suit a few minutes later and would comfort Nix throughout the night.

At ten, the twins walked into the kitchen where everyone else was at. Nix was wide awake while Krux looked like he was about to pass out. "What happened to you?" Jay asked.

"Ugh. I was up all night comforting Nix because of the storm that brewed. I need at least two hours." Krux replied.

"Well, we can watch him until then. You two really have changed for the better. And your brother is a goof." Jay was now pointing to Nix, who was telling everyone about a dream he had.

"Thank you." Krux walked back to their room. Jay then walked up to Nix. "So you ready to have fun today?"

"YES!" Nix screamed. Jay and Nya took him to the park, Lloyd and Zane give Nix a ride on their elemental dragons, while Cole and Kai took him to Borg Tower. Nix decided to give them trouble.

Nix, Cole, and Kai returned home around four. Everyone else was in the living room. Nix ran towards his brother and sat beside him. "Hey, how was your time with those two?" Krux asked.

"Good. Oh, and Cyrus isn't mad at us anymore. He gave me an official tour of the tower. It was awesome." Nix replied. "I also called them 'dicks'." Everyone laughed at Kai and Cole's expense.

"I wanted to put soap in his mouth. Can I?" Kai asked the older twin.

"Uh, no." Krux replied much to Kai's dismay. "Nix barely even swore when we were little and when he came back." Nix was pulling on Krux's shirt.

"I'm hungry. Can I have some Doritos?"

"What kind? I don't really like you eating those."

"Uh, red kind. The spicy ones." Krux got up to get Nix his snack.

"Here. This will hold you until dinner. Don't get sick."

"I won't." Nix said. Everyone continued to relax or train.

July 5, 2019 2:00 pm (Nix is 14 and Nya is five months pregnant)

"Will you stop treating me like a baby? I'm not five anymore." Nix said to his brother over the phone. He walked into the living room and sat beside Nya. She heard the yelling but stayed silent. Nix then turned to her.

"Can I feel the baby kick?" Nya nodded. He lightly put his head on her stomach. A few seconds later, Nix smiled as he felt the little one kick. "What are you gonna name her?"

"Jay and I were thinking Maverick. It's a gender neutral name. Now I want to ask you, what was all the yelling for?"

"Krux thinks that I can't take care of myself. I'm fourteen and don't need a babysitter. No offense."

"None taken. I just don't understand why they didn't let you go with them. I totally agree with you." The comment made Nix smile. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get a drink." Nya was about to get up when Nix stopped her.

"I'll get it for you. What would you like?"

"Surprise me. But no alcohol, can't have that."

"You got it." Nix then walked to the kitchen. A few minutes later, he came back with two cups and handed one to Nya. "It's root beer. I hope you like root beer."

"Thank you. And I do love root beer." Nya took a sip. Nix then started walking towards his room. "Hey, why don't you sit down? We'll watch a movie you like."

"Ok. Um, can we color too? I still love coloring and drawing."

"Sure." Nix ran to his room and grabbed his coloring books and pencils and came back into the living room. Nya put on How to Train your Dragon and the two hung out with Nix taking care of her.

At around seven, the others returned home and heard laughing coming from the living room. They walked in and saw Nix and Nya coloring, laughing, and just relaxing in general. Everyone joined soon after and all was good.

July 14, 2019 3:00 pm (Nix is 23)

"Will you visit?"

"Yes, I promise."

"Pinky promise?"

"I pinky promise." Nya said. Nix gave her a hug.

"Thank you for everything." Nix let go and walked into his new home that Krux looked for while Nix was aging. He also promised to visit Nya as well and everything was peaceful.

This has got to be the longest one I wrote so far.

I believe that Nya has always known that Nix didn't want to be a bad guy.
