The walk

Y/N POV
We walked further into the night, a comfortable silence was all that was needed. A chance to see the world naturally, a chance to see beauty surround you. It's astonishing to think that something so breath taking could also cause pain and despair. It's the wonders of life, something to one day be discovered.

We reached a small park and Hoseok grabbed my hand and led me over to a swing set, sitting down carefully as not to fall off. I sat down and swing my legs slightly, enough to move the swing at a steady pace, this felt somewhat different to me. I had never really gone to these places growing up, instead my family was very strict and the only think that could have been considered my 'childhood friends' are all the textbooks I was forced to read. My family wanted me to do well, clearly I was lacking.

A small laugh left my lips and Hoseok immediately turned to look at me, giving me one of the cutest smiles I have seen. He joined in with my laughter, the only thing you would be able to hear throughout the isolated streets. To me, this was definitely a change and I wouldn't mind changing my lifestyle if it meant I got to have more fun and actually socialise with people.

Over time, we both got up and thought it would be best if we went home to go and get some sleep. I didn't want the night to end, but good things never seem to last forever. Hoseok offered to walk me home, and I didn't object, I liked his company. By the time I got to the front door, I started to unzip his jacket to give it back to him, but he completely stopped me. Instead he let me keep his jacket, but there was a bonus. He handed me a small slip of paper, in which had a small note on it.

My face went a dark crimson red colour and I couldn't help but look away. He put a finger under my chin, making me look at him. I practically melted as I looked into his eyes. He was an innocent boy, it was that obvious. However, it was also clear that he had gone through pain. It was easy to understand him, I could read him like a book. Now I finally had time to properly examine his face. He had innocent eyes, a very defined jawline and his nose sat at a perfect angle. He was gorgeous, but looks don't seem to mean anything. He had a heart of gold and it was clear to tell.

Before I was able to head inside, Hoseok pulled me into a hug and said goodnight before walking away into the distance. I closed the front door behind me, the night had been so eventful, it was a lot to take in. Maybe a nice warm bath and an interesting book to read would help everything ease in. And that is exactly what I decided to do.

J-Hope's POV
After saying goodnight to Y/N, I decided it was finally time to head back to the dorm. The boys would start to get worried if I didn't come back shortly, it was late after all. I could already picture their smiles welcoming me inside, however I could tell they were going to flood my brain with questions. They're protective, but I like that about them, it makes me feel safe and secure.

Before I could clasp my hand around the door handle, I was met with a very upset looking Jin with RM clinging on him comfortingly. Before I knew it, RM grabbed my shirt and pulled me inside out of the cold. The warmth swallowed me whole like a blanket, making me feel more relaxed.

"Where were you Hobi? We were getting worried about you!" Jin suddenly mumbled after having controlled his emotions.
"I went to a coffee shop and then went for a walk with a girl I met." I answered honestly, smiling softly as I remembered how happy I was with her.
"He was with a girl! Guys, come downstairs right now!" RM chimed in quickly, not realising what he was about to cause.

Footsteps quickly echoed through the dorm, the only thing that could be heard through the silence. Most of the boys ended up infront of us within seconds, but Suga was a whole new story. He gave us an annoyed look as he slowly dragged his feet along the floorboards. It was obvious that we had woken him up, and usually that results in him swearing at us.

"What was so important that you had to wake me up from my beauty sleep?" He snapped, obviously over tired.
"Don't be such a grandpa. " I mumbled loud enough for him to hear, resulting in him giving me a death glare.
"Hobi was with a GIRL" Jin emphasised the last word as he caught all of the boys attention.
"The time has finally come!" Both Jimin and V started fangirling , it was actually pretty amusing to watch. "Hobi is all grown up!"
"What's she like?" Jungkook asked inquisitively.
"Well, she's rather petite but her complexity is flawless. She has beautiful eyes, and her dimples are absolutely adorable. I could get lost in them." I admitted, sighing afterwards.
"Sounds like someone has a case of crushitis!" Jimin squealed .
"I've only just met her, stop it. She has my number anyway, she can message me whenever she wants. Oh, forgot to say but I let her keep my jacket." Before anyone could ask anything else, I turned around and went to my bedroom.

A/N
Hey guys, welcome back to another chapter. I definitely prefer this book over my other books. For me, there's a better storyline to follow and the book isn't moving along way too fast. I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. See you in the next chapter! <3
