Tomoko POV.

Lunch was almost over and Ayame wasn't back yet. I was getting worried a little bit more since she hasn't came back yet. I wonder what had happened to her. Soon I saw Ayame limping towards us in a hurry.

"Ayame! What happened!?" I yelled.

"Y-you....*huff*...guys...okay?" she tried to say while catching her breath.

"Ya, why?" Etsu asked.

"Oh, that's good." she said collapsing to her knees and crying.

"Ayame? Why are you crying?" I asked while comforting her.

Three girls started walking in to us.

"Hey! You're Ayame and her friends right. What a crybaby." one of the three sisters said.

"She should just die." the other said.

"Her friends and she are boy snatchers." the last one said.

I stood up and said, "Shut up! At least we have a life unlike you."

"Why do you have to ruin other people's lives." Etsu said.

Ayame tried to stand up but just fell to her knees again.

"Etsu, they are trying to hurt you right now and embarrass you, and they always get what they want so please don't try to argue with them. Let's just go." Ayame said still crying.

"No, if they want to have an argument so be it." Etsu denied.

"Etsu, it's best for us to stand down for now." I said.

After I said that the girls started to throw things at Etsu and I, and kicking Ayame who was already weak on the floor. People started to crowd around us. Etsu fell to the floor to weak from getting hit. After what she did I snapped. I punched her on the face, which made her fall to the floor, with a nose bleed. The other two glared at me and started slapping me, and kicked me to the floor. It seemed like I couldn't feel anything because my body was very numb, from multiple slaps and kicks. Etsu was almost at her limit, and so was I. Ayame was already done for, whenever she was hit on the leg she screamed. Suddenly one of the girls stepped on Etsu, but Etsu didn't make a sound. Where were the teachers?! Then three boys came out from the crowd.

"Stop it Elizabeth!" one of the boys said, my vision was very blurry so I couldn't see him very well, but I could see that he shoved her off of Etsu.

"Etsu are you alright?" the boy asked while picking her up in his arms, he looked like Hikaru.

"Tomoko! Are you hurt!?" one of the boys asked me, very worried.

"Satoshi,....... Ayame." I said as I lost consciousness.

"It's alright now..." I could here faintly.

I looked over to Ayame she was picked up by Satoru. In his arms she was safe. I closed my eyes and I too was picked up into Satoshi's arms.

Time skip~

"Ugn..." I woke up with terrible pain and tried to sit up.

Where am I? I just woke up in a bed with hospital clothes on. I looked around to find Satoshi sitting next to my bed.

"Oh you're awake." someone said to me.

I looked beside me.

"Satoshi!? Where am I?" I asked him.

"At the hospital. Ayame and Etsu are getting treated right now." Satoshi said.

"Hey, Satoshi is she awake?" a boys voice said from outside, Hikaru and Satoru came in.

"Yup!" he said happy to see them.

"Are you okay?" Hikaru asked me.

"Yes, but when can I see Etsu and Ayame?" I asked.

"Soon as their treatment is done." Satoru told me very calmly.

Suddenly the door opened, the doctor came in.

"Miss Tomoko, how are your stitches?" the doctor asked me.

"Oh, um... I have stitches?" I asked confused.

"Yes, just a little one. It wasn't that bad of a cut, but enough for you to need stitches." the doctor said.

"Oh, well I'm fine now thank you. Um...doctor, when can I see my friends?" I asked.

"Your friends are in their rooms. Miss Etsu has awoken." the doctor told me.

I was happy to hear that Etsu woke up, but I wonder how she was.

"May I go see them?" I asked.

"Of course you can, but please don't disturb miss Ayame's room." the doctor said.

"Ok, thank you." I thanked him.

"Can we tag along." Hikaru asked.

"Yea, sure." I said.

I got out of bed, it felt weird standing. I felt like I was gonna fall down, but Satoshi helped me and I shoved him away.

"I can walk by myself." I told him.

He just stayed looked at me silently. We walked to Etsu's room together.

"Etsu, can we come in?" I asked.

"Yes..." she answered.

We walked in to see Etsu with a hard metal thingy around her waist to support her.

"The doctor said that my spine was misplaced, so I need to wear this." she said, looking down.

"Etsu!" I yelled while running over to her to hug her.

"Careful, Tomoko." she said laughing, now a bit happier.

"How are you feeling?" Hikaru asked Etsu.

"I'm fine thanks, but this will be a little hard to tell to my mom." she laughed it off.

"Me too." I said.

We looked at each other and there was a moment of awkward silence but Satoshi broke that silence.

"I'm angry at them! Why did we ever agree for them to be near us!?" Satoshi yelled angrily.

"I'm sorry I made a very big mistake, please forgive me." Hikaru said.

"Hmm......" Satoru just wondered.

"Why "hmm", Satoru?" Hikaru said looking confused.

"I wonder what Ayame would say to you right now." he said amused, but his face still cold as ever.

"Please no." Hikaru said worried.

"What if she does that thing." Satoshi said excitedly.

"No, no not that thing! I might as just well die." Hikaru said with a dark mist over him.

"What's wrong?" Etsu asked.

"Oh, it's something Ayame does when we do something wrong." Satoshi said.

Suddenly we heard a knock.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"It's me, Ayame." She said.

"Quick hide me." Hikaru whispered and quickly went under the bed Etsu was sitting on.

"Come in." Etsu said.

Ayame POV.

"Come in." Etsu said.

I opened the door and walked in. Everyone just stared at me.

"Ayame, what happened to you?" Tomoko asked surprised.

"Um.....what do you mean?" I asked.

They just stared at me up and down. I looked at Etsu only, worried of her.

"Etsu how is your spine?" I said calmly.

"All good now." Etsu gave me a thumbs up.

"Let's go home then, I hate hospitals." I said.

They all chuckled, I just stared at them.

"What? It's scary here...."

They nodded and we walked out. The boys went their way, and we went ours.
