Xichen decided to go and ask that omega where he got his brother's royal badge, it can't be fake because it has his big brother's initials which were unique, he hasn't seen that face around and his accent is somehow strange, if you listen carefully how he speaks, you will know that that omega is not from the capital. Xichen decided to go confront him immediately, he will not let an unknown omega to keep something so important that belongs to his brother, he is still so young for him to be recognised by any alpha to be their mate! And only one explanation remains, that omega must be a thief!.

"You will never accuse of my good uncle being a thief! You must be the thief! Here one tael of silver, go buy something to eat, then go back home!" Jian said and waved his hand, xichen gritted his teeth in anger and looked at the two sharply, before he crawled out, since his legs were numb, he is going to make these two pay for humiliating a prince like this.

Xichen went back to his palace and his first stop was his brother's study, he will have to report how he was treated and humiliated.
