Third POV, Avenger Tower, New York:

Everyone watched as Percy ran and cannonballed into the large pool. They watched as he sank to the bottom, and waited for him to come back to the surface. Loki smirked proudly as time ticked by. Stark and Rogers were starting to get antsy the longer the boy was in the water. It seemed impossible that he could breathe right? Everything that he had stated upstairs had to have been some kind of joke. Of course, it wasn't.

When Percy came out of the pool after almost twenty minutes under, he witnessed everyone staring at him like he'd grown a second head. Percy had come out completely dry, and alive. To further the Avenger's gawking, Percy created a hand out of the water and brought it up to Stark's face. The water hand forced Stark's mouth closed as Percy said "close your mouth, you'll catch flies."

No one was prepared for a kid to actually be able to do those things. Naturally, everyone was tongue tied, but Natasha was the first to recover. Most likely due to her background training. She turned to Thor and Loki, who looked anything but stunned, and glared.

"What is he?" She demanded. The tone of her voice made Loki sour.

"Relax woman he isn't some kind of alien." He said. Percy shifted his weight back and forth on his feet.

"I'm a demigod. I thought that you knew that."

"Demigod?" Bruce squeaked. He could only imagine what that could mean. If Thor and Loki were full gods, and Percy only had half of the power that resided in one, this kid was more powerful than they expected.

--time skip--

Eventually, Percy ran out of everything; even parlor tricks like the one he used on Stark. Percy, never really been any good at reading people anyways, couldn't tell what the team was thinking, other than Thor looking like he'd found his idol and Loki looking weirdly proud.

"You should get home then kid." Rogers said, clapping a hand on Percy's shoulder. No one noticed him wince.

"Yeah, okay." He said, sounding almost dazed. He must have been exhausted from the amount of energy he used.

When Percy left, no one knew what to make of him. He was a consultant, similar to Stark, but it wasn't clear how he would play a part in everything.

//yes I know this is short, and probably not as detailed as you'd all like, but bear with me here. the rest of the story is going to have better content, I just didn't really know what to write for this scene.

should I continue with third POV or should I start making it into POV from team members? comment to let me know what you think!//
