Out of all the anime characters I've ever drawn, this is one of the best ones and I have not drawn anime characters in a long time. Tatsumi is from Orenchi No Furo Jiro/Merman In My Tub and this was my third time drawing him. The third time was a charm. I did not give up and I worked hard. I'm very proud of this. 9/10

I turned him in for an assignment because my teacher wanted to know what our last drawing was.
