Quirk: Diamond telepath
Quirk description: Kiari is able to use omega level telepathy, meaning he can see into people's minds and read their thoughts, he can with enough concentration make someone do whatever he wanted with telekinetic abilities as well. Kiari can also turn his body into an organic diamond shell to protect himself from most things, he can even turn objects into diamond and even other people to protect them
Quirk advantages: he can make people do what he wanted and be able to know secrets most people would keep hidden and always know the truth, he can also protect people and pay for his life with his diamond ability
Quirk drawbacks: with his telepathy if he was not careful he could get lost in someone's mind if he wasn't careful, with his diamond form he isn't able to use his telepathy in that form and when protecting people the diamond form stretches thinner and thinner with the more people he protects making them more vulnerable than just protecting himself

Background: Kiari and his sisters were born as quadruplets, and as time went on and Kiari and his sisters developed their quirks his parents realized they all had the same quirk and when working together their power is greater when using them in unison, and when the league of villains in its early ages took his parents out and abducted the quadruplets and forced them to work for them always using the leverage of hurting one of them to make them comply and now they are forced to attend U.A and learn what they can to destroy the hero's
