Quirk information: not very much is known about how is quirk works- there seems to be new discoveries about it every day. When he gets really mad he can make sparks with his feet if he stomps and he can make fire swirl around himself or someone else. There are also other things: like his eyes changing with his mood. Pink; love/joy. Red; Upset. Black; Rage/killing mood. Light green; Normal. He has no control when he's angry, yet when he's in s perfectly normal mood he can do anything with his quirk. The doctors believe that, because Torhu has a dragon, Turo somehow got the DNA of his unknown aunt. He may only show signs of turning if strong emotions are inflicted. He also has strength enhancement and speed enhancement.

Because he got his dragon side from his aunt, (Torhu's mother) he's able to eat metal, and gain more power when he eats special chips that he's created. He can only taste the ingredients in human food so it's not really filling to him. He can make gems when eating metal, normally, mostly with rust.

He can go into heat, and depending on when he's feeling it and how strong it is, it may affect others around him, mostly those with animal quirks or biology. He can make a full 360 on his mood in the blink of an eye, say the wrong thing, and he may lose his temper. He doesn't do good with compliments, but will give them occasionally when he feels it's necessary.
