Quirk information: He has a head device that can turn the energy around him into sound, any sound he wants. No one knows about this quirk, it was only recently discovered. Harper was also a late bloomer, so he's new to the quirk just as much as the scientists are. There have also been tests that show he's part siren due to his mother cheating on his father, which she has claimed isn't true, but by the tests, it certainly is.
