Appearance: Percy is a brown-skinned Country Troll with black hair slicked in a spit curl, green eyes, and black hooves. In terms of attire, he typically wears blue pants and a black doctor's coat over a yellow shirt, as well as a dark-red cowboy hat with a doctor's headlamp on it.

Personality: Focused, practical and strict, Dr. Dallas is the Country Western equivalent of Dr. Moonbloom, except much more serious and with none of the dramatic announcements. When he notices that another Troll might be ill or injured, he calls for a mandatory checkup. He never minces words with his diagnoses and keeps a sharp eye on his patients to make sure that they follow doctor's orders.

Due to his extreme dedication to his job, Percy doesn't really have much of a personal life; Gust seems to be his only friend (at least for a while), and he has few to no interests or hobbies.

History: Even as a child, Percy dreamed of being a doctor, but his mother believed in medicine being "for softies" and wanted her son to be a rodeo champion. Nevertheless, he continued studying (often behind her back). She'd eventually succumb to a disease, which her son would say "served her right" (he might or might not mean it).

One day, Dr. Dallas received a letter to Gust inviting him to work at the Hugs-pital forming in TrollsTopia. Thinking well of this idea, the Country Western doctor immediately started making his way there.

Relationships: Gust Tumbleweed- Percy and Gust's friendship began at childhood, when the former used an AllerPen on the soon-to-be Fun Sheriff after he got stung by a Hostile Hornet.

Due to their friendship, Dr. Dallas tends to show a friendlier side around Gust, who in turn often acts as the doctor's assistant (especially when working with children). Gust is also quick to defend Dr. Dallas when he hears other Trolls telling horror stories about the latter.

Holly Darlin'- Ever since Dr. Dallas banned her from hot-drying for 3 months (due to dying hair strands), Holly's dreaded him, even trying to warn a few others about him.

Dante Crescendo- One of Dr. Dallas' patients, Dante was diagnosed with high blood pressure. This diagnosis still haunts the Classical composer to this very day.

Biggie- After hearing many horror stories about Dr. Dallas, he's terrified of the Country doctor (despite having never met him).

Lownote Jones- One of Dr. Dallas' patients, Lownote was one of the few TrollsTopians to receive a clean bill of health from the Country doctor. The Funk ambassador treats Dr. Dallas the same as he would any other Troll.

Val Thundershock- The Hard Rock ambassador was pretty bummed about Dr. Dallas putting her arm in a sling (due to a dislocated shoulder), especially with being unable to play guitar for 3 days. She finds him annoyingly overbearing.

Skills and Abilities: He has normal Troll abilities, as well as the abilities of his tribe.

Music- He's quite skilled in playing steel guitar.

Medicine- A top-notch, high-level physician able to detect even the slightest flaw in a Troll's health (regardless of the Troll's birth tribe), Dr. Dallas is pretty much living his childhood dream... though plenty of Trolls are too intimidated to go to him.

Rodeo Skills- Having had to train for rodeos throughout his childhood, Percy has retained his skills into adulthood... mainly by using them to restrain Scorchions and Maraca Snakes so he can collect their venom to make antivenom.

Percy's also skilled with a lasso, able to rope things from a significant distance... including patients.

Games- Despite not showing much interest in most games, Percy's quite adept at navigating through mazes.

Etymology: Dallas is actually a city in Texas, my home state.

Trivia: Upon earning his medical doctorate, Percy promised himself that he'd never compete in any rodeos.
