Appearance: Rosette and Axel both mainly resemble anthropomorphic snow leopards, with Axel being just a centimeter taller than Rosette in terms of height. They both have ombre-white fur with blue undertones and a pattern of midnight-blue rosette spots, with Rosette wearing the fur on her head in a fluffy, tousled bob (held out of her face by a fire-yellow barrette) and Axel simply maintaining his forehead fur as fringe. They both have brown eyes, but Rosette's eyes are darker, while Axel's have some flecks of amber. Also, due to them both being half-Windchilla, they have noticeably softer fur and fluffier tails than other snow leopards, as well as slightly rounded ears.

Attire: Axel usually wears a dark-blue and black jacket over a dark-red turtleneck sweater with black pants, as well as red/gray ski boots, matching gloves, and a dark-red beret. When he winds up in the Desert Ruins, he changes into an open magenta vest, sunset-orange cargo shorts, and brown sandals.

Rosette, on the other hand, typically wears a light-red sweater dress with pink buttons, as well as white thermal tights, pink boots with white buttons (and matching mittens), a pink-and-white pom beanie, a white scarf, and a pink-and-white backpack. When she ends up in Tropical Coast, she changes into a yellow swim dress with white scallop-seashells, along with white sandals.

Despite both siblings dressing differently on a regular basis, their Double Diamond Do-Gooder disguises are quite identical: a blue hooded snow jacket with matching snow pants (Axel wears light-blue, and Rosette wears dark-blue), black ninja-style gloves with metal cuffs and a silver diamond symbol on the back of each glove, silver ninja boots, a hood-matching helmet (with silver streaks and a pine-green diamond on top) worn beneath the jacket hood, the special Swim/Ski Goggles and Oxy-Ski Mask covering the face, and the Thermal Wetsuit underneath the jacket and pants.

History: Both twins were born and grew up in Frostwood, a humble little village settled in a mountain-filled tundra. They used to spend their days playing together (snowball fights, figure-skating, etc.)... until both of their parents mysteriously went missing in an avalanche. That's when they decided to start acting as the first-responders of their home area so that no one else would go missing.

Personality: Axel is a kind and creative (yet somewhat clumsy) pacifist who prefers to focus on helping others out wherever he can. He's also quite honest, causing him to frequently struggle with his secret identity.

Compared to her brother, Rosette is more logical and prone to anger, the latter making her more inclined to violence. She also has an aversion to the spotlight, which is why she insists on the Double Diamond Do-Gooders' identities remaining secret.

Despite these differences, the twins always work together, bonded by the traits that they do share: kindness, courage, empathy, and straightforwardness.

Powers and Abilities: Both siblings possess sharp claws (which come in handy for climbing) and keen senses that allow them to see in the dark and hear any emergencies around their homeland, as well as training in first-aid and CPR (though Axel frequently worries about accidentally hurting the victim with chest compressions). They also share a knowledge of herbs (especially of the medicinal variety) and have inherited special powers from their mother; Axel can control snow and (ironically) cast illusions, and Rosette can control ice (but not snow) and is immune to high temperatures.

Axel is rather clumsy but still quite skilled in skiing and ice-skating. He's also created many of the duo's search-and-rescue gadgets (along with designing the disguises and upgrading their first-aid kits). He possesses tremendous physical strength (from frequently being made to hold their mother's weight-increasing baby statue "for some reason"), allowing him to scale mountains and move heavy debris for search-and-rescue missions. Of course, his clumsiness often makes it difficult for him to control this strength.

Compared to her brother, Rosette is much more graceful and has better survival skills (including cooking). She favors snowboarding and hiking over skiing and can perform parkour to scale mountains. Also, while not as strong as her brother, Rosette is strong enough to carry others out of danger and smash through Badniks, usually using her snowboard and icicle daggers for the latter.

Trivia: -The Swim/Ski Goggles were created by Axel for both traversing through foggy blizzards and swimming underwater. Both pairs have a midnight-blue strap and gold lenses.

-The Oxy-Ski Mask completely covers the lower part of the wearer's face while also providing oxygen when they're underwater. It is completely black in color.

-The Thermal Wetsuit is designed to keep the wearer warm or cool depending on the weather. Axel wears a teal-blue suit, while Rosette's is yellow.

-One of the Double Diamond Do-Gooders' other gadgets is the Splash Blaster. Axel initially just made it for defrosting the windows, but after the disappearance of their parents, he modified it to put out fires ("the big, dangerous kind"). Rosette can also use it as a weapon against Badniks.

-Windchillas resemble chinchillas and are inspired by the yuki-onna from Japanese mythology.

-Both siblings have a tendency to fidget with their tails, but while Axel usually just holds his tail so it doesn't get in the way of anything (and rubs it when he's nervous), Rosette's prone to squeezing her tail and pulling on it when on edge.
