With all of the inter-tribal culture in TrollsTopia, I think it would only make sense for the Country Western tribe's Cutie Pageants there (most likely by Poppy, to make Holly's pageant-winning dream come true), and the very first one could have one contestant from each tribe (same for the judges). I'm thinking this could kick off 4 different plots:

  1. Two Trolls (probably Val and Branch) don't want to represent their respective tribes in the pageant (due to not considering themselves cute), so they end up competing with each other for last place (even resorting to "reverse-sabotage").

  2. One contestant (probably Poppy or Synth) tries to sabotage their own chances so Holly can win.

  3. Alternatively, the story could focus on Holly dealing with the tougher competition.

  4. Cloud Guy wants to win the pageant just to mess with Holly, but can't because of the new rule: "Every contestant's big hair must be 100% genuine Troll hair" (added specifically to keep Cloud Guy from cheating). Because of this, he decides to force a Troll to compete on his behalf (I'm thinking Poppy, Laguna, or Ophelia). He might coach that Troll himself, or Branch (and Synth) could (Branch might aim for last place just to spite Cloud Guy).
