Background:
Tsuneo used to think heroes were heroic but one day he witnessed the death of a innocent family cause by Union, reader council, and a corrupt god. Since then his perspective on 'heroes' change. He then start to train with one goal: The downfall of Union. However upon reaching 18 he met William Meaux which lead to Tsuneo becoming leader of: Union Downfall Team.
