He use this to teleport those, he look at, to a mindescape of pure madness where they suffer and torture by a group who are insane, mad, and crazed frenzy. Inside the mindescape time is faster than the real world which means time in the mindescape is a year while outside it a minute.

Background:
When he was a young boy he was always picked on because of what everyone call him a freak. However at the age of 13 he was beaten up to the point of death. But before he died he was teleport to Author (me) who froze his body in time then pull him out as a astral projection. While Damien was surprised he snapped back into reality by Author (me) who offered him a choice between going to the afterlife or become a nigh omnipotent of insanity. Damien who is confused ask what he (I) meant. Author than explain how there be imbalanced between sanity and insanity which is causing a disturbance. Author than explain how with Damien help being the nigh Omnipotent of insanity the forces of insanity will be at ease. After thinking about the choice he accepted which Author smile before improve Damien froze body. Once finish Author put Damien back in his body and unfroze him. Once awake Damien was then introduced to his mentors: Loki, Discord, and Bill Cipher. Since then Damien became the most insane deity in Author group called Deities Pantheon.
