YOOO look at this digital WIP of mah boi!

So I can't seem to find a good website with a good fill tool (I have a Chromebook, not a PC, mac, windows or anything good) so if you guys have a website that has a good one that doesn't leave gaps around the edges that would be great, because i have been having to fill said gaps in with the pencil tool and it's painstakingly slow.

This ^ has taken an hour just to do this!!!! GRRRRR
