Past: Safia was born to a middle class family from Zimbabwe, and they immigrated to America when she was 12. She came out as trans when she was 13. Her parents didn't understand it, but tried to learn a bit more to support her. She had to be in private tutoring to catch up with the other schools in the area. When she was 16, she was able to join another school, and became pretty popular, even if a few students decide to be transphobes.
