Backstory: As a young prince he watched battles from a far and watched the blood shed and sheer power of each clan at war. One day a certain clan caught his attention; The Storm Clan. They decimated the battlefield with their blood and storm Style Jutsu. Rumors spread that one could obtain the powers of the storm by wedding into the clan. Sai desperately wanted to obtain their power so once he found out that the heads of the clan had a daughter only three years younger than him he became determined to make her his bride with or without force. He has since her disappearance been tracking her and has a very large bounty up for anyone that manages to bring her to him alive.
