Personality: music obsessed. Practical joker. Firey. Funny. Sneaky. Likes to tease people she doesn't like that much. somewhat nice and not.

Looks: Reddish brownish blondish hair that comes to her elbows with the ends and her bangs dyed black. Black wolf ears on head. Has yellowish greenish eyes

Weapon: a small gun(which she rarely uses) kurisgma nunchucks, a small sword and a variety of daggers.
Is a wolf mutant- has wolf ears on head, and is fast strong and can jump high and can hear really well. (has wolf enhanced abilities) also greenish eyes

Mikey is her BFF. But the turtles had no idea when they met her

. Mikey is her best friend and she starts to have a crush on him. He starts to like her also

Past: was mutated when she was young and grew up hiding her ears and abilities. Eventually she became a kounoichi and later met Mikey. They became best friends. Mikey introduced Millie/Kelly to his brothers(who were greatly surprised that he had another friend) and she then saw them from time to time.
