Bio: Tomura Uchiha is the twin brother of Itachi Uchiha, the difference between them is that tomura doesn't have his brothers face markings and keeps his hair in a tight single braid. He grew up a hard worker and a social butterfly unlike his older twin who was introverted. He refused to learn genjutsu as he saw it nothing but a shortcut to victory when victory should be fought for with effort and skill, like Itachi Tomura was top of his class and a prodigy in jutsu, blade combat, and hand to hand combat. Rivals with his twin brother Itachi as they were both top of everything, yet Tomura always spent time with Sasuke and trained him happily. When the meeting for the coup was scheduled tomura went with Itachi and shisui to report it but was agitated when shisui told the elders and the hokage his eyes power. The day when shisui was ambushed he was with Sasuke training him, when Itachi told tomura danzo killed shisui tomura unlocked his mangekyo sharingan which was one of a kind... adaptation. Tomura did his part in the Uchiha massacre but kissed his mother goodbye before taking her out with Itachi although he left before Sasuke could spot him. He left the Uchiha residence and stayed in konoha as to remain innocent and give no proof of his involvement making danzo infuriated that he couldn't exile tomura like Itachi. Tomura alongside Itachi threatened danzo that if Sasuke is harmed or killed by anbu or danzo himself, that no one would keep them from doing the same thing to him but 100x worse. Tomura joined the Akatsuki as a spy for konoha alongside Itachi but had an extra headband that was scratched through making him rogue ninja. Yet he would spend a lot of time in konoha as the hokage enforcer and spy when necessary.

Other: Tomura's sharingan power is adaptation, meaning he can overcome an opponent as he would learn everything about them through just watching them either before or during combat. Able to counter, evade, and cancel out his opponent in any way. Duration is a full minute to be able to adapt to his opponent after mangekyo is activated, after gaining EMS it's 30 seconds. Tomura doesn't cast genjutsu as he finds it a dirty way to win without effort but is able to recognize any genjutsu and resist or free himself from it.
