Backstory

Roxanne is the youngest of Garp's grandkids, though to her it felt like the opposite sometimes.

She is Luffy's twin sister and is just a few minutes younger than him.

Roxanne grew up on Dawn Island along with Ace, Sabo, and Luffy.

She might not be as adventurous as her older brother, but Roxanne shared their dream of sailing the sea with all the freedom she could obtain.

However, it seemed life kept trying to deny Roxanne and her brothers their dream of freedom.

But Roxeanne would do anything to protect her brothers and their dreams, and that has led her into a lot more trouble than imaginable.

She had defied the odds and saved Sabo when he was shot at by a Celestial Dragon, however, the price of saving her blonde brother was her right eye.

Roxanne however, wouldn't have done anything different.

Years later Sabo and Ace leave, however, the siblings made a hard decision.

Roxanne was leaving with the two older boys and leaving her twin behind, to her this was a decision that would help Luffy.

She knew he would only worry about her and would get lazy with his training, so leaving was the option they decided on.

However, Roxanne would be joining Luffy once he sets out after their 17th birthday.

Though, while she was away Roxanne had gained more brothers, some sisters, and a father figure.
