Mikael is the older sister and guardian of Fumikage Tokoyami.

She's been her brother's caretaker since he was four when his quirk arrived.

Mikael couldn't stand to let their parents disown Fumikage just because of the mutation his quirk caused.

She was only 18 when she practically became a mom, and she was just starting her career as a pro hero.

Mikael also had a boyfriend she was seeing at the time that was secretly a villain.

She tried to hide that he was abusing her also, but it got out after he was caught,

Mikael didn't know at the time she was pregnant with his kid and is now a mother of two at 30.

She's also the top 20 heroes and is starting a job at U.A as a nurse that travels with the hero course students.

Mikael has also caught the eye of the talk show hero Present Mic, and she might just have eyes for him also.

However, she's not made it public about her son.
