Quirk: Time Manipulation- Manipulate time in the general area or for a specific target in various ways, with the most basic of acts revolving around accelerating, slowing, stopping, and even rewinding or looping time.

Drawbacks: May have limited ability in both the length of time and area they can affect. Over-usage may strain the user.

Attacks and Drawbacks:

Temporal Rewind- Can rewind time to a few seconds, minutes, hours, days, and years into the past and alter it. May be limited to how far back can rewind. (5 Year)

Temporal Healing- Can heal by rewinding time to erase the damages from existence. Can only reverse time, so if it's something temporally unavoidable, then it will only prolong the inevitable.

Temporal Restarting- Can cause a temporal restart to a certain point in the past, and then use that point to do over certain events to make it the way they want. Restarting from too far back may compromise what the user achieved in between.

Temporal Reload- Can "save" the current moment in time and "reload" (or go back to) that point. May have mixed memories from reloads.

Time Physiology- Is made up of or can transform their body completely into time. Takes time to control one's body.

Time Field Projection- Can emit a field that allows them to speed and slow time for anything inside the field. Users that undergo stress may not have complete control over this ability and might generate time spheres or time travel unintentionally.

Time Attacks- Can release/use time to attacks (Hand Blasts, Temporal Slicing, Scatter Shot, Time Blast)

Time Teleportation- Can Rewind or Forward time to teleport. May cause a spatial disturbance, allowing highly sensitive opponents to track down their destination.

Backstory

Kayden Chisaki was a completely different person from her brother, she believed quirks were to help people adapt and evolve.

She left after their adoptive father started to get ill, and Kai was starting to take over.
Kayden was going to take Eri with her but Kai stopped her and caused her to injured severely.

She promised him she would be back for him and Eri, even if it has been years since then Kayden plans on coming through with that promise.

Kayden is now one of the top 15 heroes and is working with Sir Nighteye to take the Yakuza down.
She's also working at the hospital to help treat child abuse cases and children with sickness.

Kayden has also made a few friends with heroes she has help on abuse cases and has a crush on the lead detective of all those cases, Naomasa Tsukauchi.
