Jason Hale hasn't had the best life, at the age of four his family fell apart after learning he was in the 20% that would never get a quirk.

Jason was also bet by his father every day after his mother passed away when he was 10.

At the age of 12, Jason started to realize he was attracted to boys, not girls, and after telling his father he was kicked out.

He was soon found by a hero named Fat Gum a week after being on the street, and he had added the last name, Toyomitsu, to his name after he was adopted.

He was trained by Fat Gum to be a hero so he could help people like him.

Now it is his first year of high school and he had gotten into U.A and Taishiro could not be happier for him.

Jason is in class 1-B of the hero course, and he meets some interesting people along the way.
