Haruna is Present Mic, Hizashi Yamada, Twin sister and was born mute.

Haruna was born mute, and her parents wanted to make her have surgery to fix it but she refused

However, at the age of 18, Haruna finally told her family she was happy being mute, it didn't end well and she decided to move out.

Hizashi was the only person he would let close to her, with the exception of a few people.

She either writes in a notebook Hizashi got her to communicate or sign if the person she's talking to knows it.

Now at the age of 30, she is happy to be a U.A. Nurse, a Pro Hero, and falling in love with her brother's closest friend.
