Quirk: Empathy - Hajime can fully interpret and replicate the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others.

Clairempathy - He can detect emotional resonances from other locations and times.

Empathic Healing - He can heal others' emotional wounds and/or burdens, but the pain of the injury will also carry over to him in terms of psychic pain.

Empathic Illusion Casting - He can create illusions based on emotions/empathy.

Empathic Mimicry - He can imitate the powers of those around him via an emotion associated with the powers and use them as his own.

Empathic Projection - He can share sensations or emotions with other people, either by augmenting mutually shared emotions or exercising control over others by forcing emotions onto them.

Intuitive Empathic Replication - He can copy other abilities emphatically, and intuitively knows how to use them.

Psychometry - He obtains historical memories or sensations concerning beings and objects or people he observes.

Telempathy - He can read minds and communicate with others with emotions.

Drawbacks: He can mentally lose his mind for a few minutes if too many emotions hit him at once. Too much use can cause severe headaches. To use Empathic Healing he has to kiss whoever he is healing either on the lips or cheek. His illusion won't manifest properly if he is emotionally unstable. His Empathic Mimicry is only temporary and lasts up to three uses per power or only an hour or two. Empathic Projection causes him to feel emotionally/physically weakened after using the other's ability. When using Intuitive Empathic Replication, he has to remember the emotion one used to gain the power to use it. To use Psychometry he has to touch the object or person. When using Temlepathy he can only use it on three or four people at a time.

Backstory

Hajime was separated from his brother, Hitoshi when they were both young. 

At the age of 12, he was placed in a foster home away from his brother but was determined to get him back when he could. 

When Hajime turned 14 life with his foster family changed, They thought he would be a Beta but he was an Omega.

His foster father started to beat him, and at 18 he left and started looking for his brother. 

Hajime was smart for his age even when he was young, so school wasn't a problem for him. 

At 20 he graduated top of his college classes to become a doctor and found his brother.

A few years later he couldn't be happier his brother was in U.A, but something was missing. 

He wanted to help people more than he was working at the hospital, so he became a Vigilante.

Hajime had been working days in the hospital and night on the streets. 

He runs into a tall, skinny, blonde one night and is attracted to him instantly, Hajime knew he was his Alpha but was scared because of his past. 

Hajime attends the sports festival to cheer Hitoshi on and runs into All Might and for some strange reason, he is pulled to him as he was the blonde man ran into as Empaths.
