Backstory

Kimiko Ukai is just a few years younger than her older brother Keishin, and she was a prodigy volleyball player.

However, that changed after her college team's bus crashed, and she and a few others were the only ones to make it.

Kimiko had to have her arm amputated from her shoulder down, and replaced with an artificial arm.

She however didn't let that stop her from making something of herself, Kimiko had always loved art and cars.

So, she got a degree in art and started to teach at Karasuno High School.

Kimiko also started working as a mechanic on the side to pay for her schooling and hospital bills.

She sometimes still plays volleyball with her grandpa and helps him teach kids on the weekends.

Keishin also asks her for help with teaching Kageyama to set for Hinata and a few other things for the team.
