Backstory: Kimberly grew up in a strict Christian household, being taught to go against everything seen as 'sinful' by her religion and being brought up as the perfectly innocent Christian girl. But as she started getting older Kimberly started questioning things about her religion and after getting frustrated by the answers, or lack thereof, she was given, she turned to the internet. And it was there Kimberly learned about... more adult things that she wasn't taught before. And soon Kimberly realized that she was interested in these things, so to keep that side of her a secret, she created her persona Cascade, a confident, somewhat dirty-minded girl who isn't afraid to speak her mind. One night when she was out as Cascade, she saw a man try and steal a girl's purse and took him out using moves taught to her at her college's self-defense classes. Since then she decided to use her persona for good and become a hero before taking a job as Hilda's lab assistant, where she meets X-ray and Vav and later teams up with them.
