Backstory: (TW: SA) Hazel grew up as a stereotypical nerdy kid. Smart, shy, didn't have many friends, etc. Once she reached high school she was asked out by a guy she was crushing on and thought everything would change for her. Well... let's just say it wasn't for the better. During their date, the guy starts forcing himself on her and tries to SA her, but in the midst of the panic, Hazel activates her powers and accidentally drowns the kid, killing him. Afterward Hazel realized that she can use her power to help people as she starts traveling to different towns, working as a sort of hit woman for hire that kills know SA'ers and r@pists. She continues this job for a few years until a client chickens out at the last second and notifies the police, causing Hazel to get thrown in jail before being let out a few years later for good behavior.
