Backstory: Inei was found as a baby by the Shadow Clan, where they took her in as one of their own. Inei grew up learning their ways and their language, and creating gear for herself to make her more like them, like attaching claws to her gloves and boots to allow her to climb on walls and a helmet that made her not only look like a Shadow Clan creature, but also gives her thermal vision. Inei had worked to prove herself as part of the Shadow Clan, but never felt enough, having only her slugs to act as her companions and family, until she met Eli and the others and soon joined the Shane Gang.
