Bio: When the Zombie Virus appeared and began infecting everyone, Shane and his family were evacuated to a military safe zone. When supplies began to run out, he joined a volunteer squad to scavenge for supplies. Though the soldiers didn't give them guns, they were given basic weapons like golf clubs, axes, bats, etc. They were given masks to protect their faces, for reasons they were not told, and sent off. They did several missions like this, Shane finding one of his main weapons relatively quickly. One day, a few months after the day everyone had begun calling "The Dead Event", Shane and his team arrived back to the base only to find it overrun by Infected. The group was devastated, some running to the base in a futile attempt to save their loved ones, others breaking down into tears, filled with disbelief. Shane was one of the fools that ran towards the base. He hacked and slashed his way through the Infected, eventually reaching his family's room. All that was left were unrecognizable, bloodied human remains, and his little brother's teddy bear. One of his teammates had to drag him out of the room to safety. The group stayed together for a few years, until only he was left. 8 years after the Dead Event, humanity lies within walled settlements. The Infected have developed mutations, granting them horrifying abilities. Shane is the Scavenger in a community of around thirty-seven people, all with their own jobs. They sit in their settlement, slowly expanding with new survivors everyday.

Description:
●Physical - Shane wears a plain grey sweatshirt and jeans, a simple outfit that's not likely to draw attention to himself. He has a belt that he's attached a makeshift scabbard to for one of his weapons, a sword he found and restored on one of his Scavenger missions in the Military Compound. He has blonde hair that he keeps short so it's harder for people or Infected to grab. He has amber eyes, and still wears that same face mask he received at the Compound.
●Personality - Shane is a very private person, not enjoying others snooping through his stuff. He's friends with most of the people in his settlement, and the settlement wouldn't even be standing if it weren't for him and his scavenging expeditions. He's highly skilled with his sword, but only uses it on Infected. Otherwise, he uses his aluminum bat to deal with human threats.

Weapons:
●Sword - A basic straight sword he found in a museum and restored, turning it into a deadly weapon.
●Bat - An aluminum baseball bat. The original weapon given to him for his first scavenging mission at the Military Compound.

Relationships:
●The Settlement - It's where he lives. He's friends with most of the people there, but some just annoy him too much.
