looks: a rather small girl with a wild mop of wavy chocolate brown hair. it's cut in a short, choppy style that ends around her jawline. her bangs are cut just above her eyebrows. she has big brown eyes, dark lashes, and a face full of freckles. they reach over her cheeks and nose. a few of them dot her shoulders too. she has an athletic body, though she's not very strong due to her small stature. her skin is lightly tanned with her cheeks and shoulders sun kissed. her normal attire is a pair of booty shorts with either a bikini top, a cropped tee, etc. she likes going barefoot most of the time since she could easily fly if need be. if she's a part of the Whitebeard Pirates, then her tattoo will be on her right thigh, close to her hip.

personality: she's very childish and loves to stir up trouble. she finds the chaos enjoyable to watch. she also find humor in childish jokes, such as people falling down or bathroom jokes. overall, she's easily amused, though, so she laughs a lot. however, under her usually juvenile behavior, she's actually incredible calculating and clever. most people think that she's a ditz, but it's quite the opposite. she's also has a bad habit of refusing to deal with her own feelings or talking to anyone about them because she doesn't want to burden anybody. she'll only open up to a select few and it's normally only when she's about to break down. she's extremely kind and caring toward pretty much everyone except the Navy and anyone who tries to mess with her friends. when it comes to her romantic partner, she is very clingy and needs a lot of attention. in turn, she's always worried about annoying them or bothering them, so she needs a lot of patience and reaffirmation that everything is okay.

likes: anything sweet (be it fruit, candy, chocolate, pastries, etc), jokes, hearing people laugh, parties, playing games with the crew (hide-and-go-seek, freeze tag, etc), cloud watching, playing with people's hair, piggyback rides, and watching the sunrise.

backstory: she lived with her older brother and sister in a small village in the South Blue. there was a high Navy presence there and both of their parents worked as marines. the vice admiral who led the force on the island, however, was very corrupt and forced the islanders into a miserable state of life, hence why Lulu wanted to break off and become a pirate. her sister was worried that if she did become a pirate, then the Navy would kill her before she could even leave the island, so she tricked Lulu into eating the Kumo Kumo fruit so that she couldn't swim. After a few traumatic incidents with almost drowning (she was still young and hadn't learned how to control her powers yet, so she wouldn't be able to fly when people pushed her in), Lulu gave up on her hopes of becoming a pirate and instead decided to travel with her powers and a rogue.

devil fruit/haki/other: Devil Fruit powers! she ate the Kumo Kumo fruit which made her into a cloud human. she's a Logia type.

skills: she's an excellent marksman and usually fights with two small pistols. however, sometimes, if the crew needs her to be, she'll take up a position of a sniper and snipe from the clouds.

fears: abandonment, drowning, having someone die due to her own mistakes

extra: Lulu suffers from Maladaptive Daydreaming which is a condition in which the affected person suffers from extremely vivid daydreams. it's a side effect from her childhood; she had developed it as an escapism tactic only for it to escalate as she got older. these trips can sometimes materialize during times beyond her control. her worst fear is for her to be fighting alongside her comrades and then to fall into a trip. while normally the daydreams are pleasant and she can be aroused from them with a gentle nudge or a few callings of her name, sometimes they can be nightmarish scenes from which she can't escape until they're completely over. this usually occurs if she has nightmares at night; they'll bleed into the daytime too. the more anxious she is, the worse her condition becomes. if it gets too bad, she'll stop sleeping all together in hopes that she can outlast the daydreams. most of the time, however, it's nothing to worry about and it can be kinda enjoyable for her.
