looks: usagi has a rather boyish charm; while her face and body are very feminine, her style is much more masculine and relaxed. you'll hardly ever catch her in a skirt or a blouse. instead, she much prefers to wear baggy sweatshirts or hoodies paired with leggings or jeans. she has a strong, yet slim body built up from years of dance classes. she has a flat chest (A-cup), but she's actually grateful for it; it makes her movements much easier to pull off and it looks cleaner. her figure is pretty much an hourglass naturally, but again, usagi could care less. the main reason she pays attention to her body is because she wants to make sure that she can move in the ways that she wants to. her hair is messy, wavy, and super short. her hair is also dyed peach pink at the moment, but she changes it often. she has an undercut in the back and the top layer falls down over it to match with her front pieces, which hang around her jawline. she has tan skin from always being out in the sun and freckles from the exact same reason. the only thing that she does that takes extra effort to her appearance is she has a strange love for eye liner; you'll hardly ever catch her without her classic black liner. usagi also has tons of piercings, all of which include: seven lobe piercings (split between her right and left), a couple forward helixes on one side and an industrial bar on the other, a nose piercing (sometimes it's a stud, sometimes it's a hoop, but it's never not filled), and a lip piercing which she can never decide if she wants the hoop in or not. she also has a tattoo of a simplified bunny on her left shoulder and a star on her right ankle.

personality: she's just as boyish and wild as her appearance. she was never a 'girly girl' by any means and grew up playing with the neighborhood boys rather than the other girls she knew. usagi fits her name well as she's just as playful and athletic as a bunny; she's extremely fast, agile, and flexible, though she can often come across as clumsy if she's not dancing because her body needs to be moving constantly. due to this, she'll often tap her fingers, bounce her legs, or pace if she's in a space that keeps her from moving freely (ie running around like a crackhead). she can be really loud (to the point of obnoxious), but it's not because she's trying to be rude. usagi is just really energetic and lively. she also is competitive to a fault, but knows when to let things go. she never lets herself get too serious and instead looks for the fun in life. she doesn't dwell on her mistakes in life and likes to think that nothing is permanent (everything dies at some point) so she has not qualms about making decisions very quickly. if she wants something, usually she'll just go for it. this makes her extremely out spoken, so much so that her complete and utter lack of a filter makes people uncomfortable sometimes. this also means that if she finds someone attractive, she will outright say so. usagi isn't patient by any means and wants things to be done as quickly as possible. unfortunately, this can often lead her into trouble, especially with relationships, because she rushes in and ends up getting really hurt. usagi has the best laugh you'll ever hear too; it's loud and sounds like everything good in the world.

talents/hobbies: usagi is a talented dancer and has been doing it ever since she was a little girl. though her favorites are hip-hop and contemporary, she also takes classes for ballet, jazz, and tap (along with a few others). she also takes yoga and gymnastics classes to increase her flexibility and strength. she's also a pretty talented painter and loves to refurbish clothes that she thrifts (most of her clothes are second hand because she thinks that they're cooler and she's also always broke so she can't really afford new clothes)

bad habits: talking too loudly, losing track of time and staying up too late, overworking herself, falling asleep without taking off her eyeliner, forgetting to redye her hair and repaint her nails, not tying her shoe laces, oversleeping, being late, thinking without speaking, listening to her music too loudly, being too loud in general, and losing things.

past: usagi is actually an adopted child. her mother was only a teenager when she got pregnant and the father had cut contact with her mother in panic, so her mother promptly put usagi up for adoption when she was only a newborn. due to this, usagi was often house jumping from place to place every few years; she got into dance from one of her foster families. their daughter took ballet, so they encouraged usagi to take a class with her. she instantly fell in love and devoted herself to dance entirely. even when she had to move on from that house, she continued to dance and never forgot that particular family. when she was 11, she finally settled with her last family, which consisted of a spunky thirty year old woman and her two cats, kuroo and shiro (real clever of her). this woman's name was shinoa makoto and she ran a small bar in the city, which was a hot spot for young adults and a vivid night life. makoto supported her new daughter in every way possible and it wasn't long before the two were even closer than most mother-daughter pairs. even so, usagi struggles with building deep personal relationships; most people can become her friend easily, but they soon realize that this girl with the loud laugh hardly ever talks about herself and is truly a mystery. especially when it comes to romantic relationships, usagi finds it almost impossible to let people get deep with her and prod at her vulnerable interior.
