personality: she's a bubbly girl with limitless energy and a childish persona. she can be a bit of a crybaby, but she tries hard not to show that side of her often. she often keeps up a happy persona to keep her friends from worrying about her, but finds herself struggling with keeping emotions pent up. she's easily frustrated and can sometimes do things recklessly. she's extremely caring and sensitive; there's nothing she wouldn't do for her loved ones. very oblivious to romantic gestures toward herself, but will set her friends up at the drop of a hat. can seem a bit like an airhead, fittingly so, but is actually quite smart.

looks: a small girl with pale pink hair and baby bangs. it used to be long, but she cut it short because it was getting annoying during hero work. she has huge brown eyes and thick dark lashed. she has freckles and medium tan skin. she's not really sexy as much as she is cute and adorable.

likes: TRAINING, sweet stuff, her sisters, dinner with both classes, being with friends, animals, and sleepovers

quirk explanation: She can change the air pressure anywhere within a 100 kilometer radius, however the closer she gets to her limit, the less control she has. So basically stuff like wind, flying, and temperature control is all within her reach. She is training so that she can change weather systems too.

quirk drawbacks: the longer she uses her quirk or the more extreme the activity is, splitting headaches, dizziness, and extreme nausea follow. It can get to the point where her head is practically spinning and she can't see straight anymore. menial tasks, like flying, don't create these affects because they're easy for her now.

backstory: She lives by herself, but has two older sisters (who are twins) and a father. Her mother was a famous politician who was murdered and her father is a famous athlete who plays overseas. One of her sisters is a doctor (Haru) and the other is an actress (Hana). Her whole family is extremely rich.

crush: Kirishima Eijiro

extras: she has a bunch of little freckles all over her face that her sisters say look like little stars

costume: She wears a tight white top with a scalloped sweetheart neckline and a matching sky blue miniskirt. She has a brown leather aviator jacket that's cropped and lined with wool for the winter time. She also wears matching knee high boots that have titanium plates on the bottom to make her kicks more painful. She has a whip on her right hip that acts similarly to Aizawa's scarf so that she can capture opponents. She also has a barrage of projectiles in the pouches on either thigh. She wears fingerless combat gloves and has a pair of large goggles on her head that she can pull down to enhance her eyesight since she's an aerial fighter.

power stats: 3/5 (Chiho's quirk is very powerful, but there is hardly ever a time in which she could simply knock out her opponent unless she like threw a rock at them or something lol. Her skills in close combat fighting aren't very powerful either simply because she's a little small)

speed stats: 4/5 (Now this girl is no Iida, but she can go extremely fast when she wants to. Only reason she doesn't get a 5/5 is because it takes her a minute to build up the speed when she's flying)

technique stats: 5/5 (Chiho has to exhibit incredulous technique in order to wield her quirk properly because it's not an easy one to use. In addition to simply how she uses her quirk, she has made sure that her close combat skills are up to par through how she executes them, to make up for her lack of power)

intelligence stats: 5/5 (Again, she has to be really smart in order to use her quirk properly. She's clever, but this doesn't mean she acts like it all the time. Sometimes she comes off as a big airhead.)

cooperativeness stats: 4/5 (Usually gets along with people really well, but she can be so stubborn)
