Appearance: Short white hair with dark brown eyes. Thin frame.
Clothing: Usually something slightly baggy and warm. Occasionally she wears her brother's clothes. A lot of dark colors.

Infected? No.
Family: Noah is actually her older brother. If someone asks she'll tell them, but otherwise she won't tell anyone about their relation. Unknown parents.
(I've only played Samantha's route so I don't actually know if Noah has a family)

She is immune to infection like Noah, but she can't cure people with her blood like he can. Also she's afraid of getting bitten in the first place.

Overall, she's terribly skittish, and easily afraid of things like sudden noises, sudden movements, an things like that. She has a great belief that things will get better with time, if only we all work towards that goal. Surprisingly, she's not afraid to stand up for herself.
Her eyesight also isn't the greatest and she has to wear contacts.
