Back story:
Anka ate the Care-Care fruit when she was 4 thinking it was some pretty fruit and didn't think before she ate. Because of the fact of th fruit and her incredible sword skills the village she lived in feared and dispised her, kept throwing rocks and all that she wasn't allowed in most places. Then she met the White beard pirates and they welcomed her there. She was so grateful to them that she worked hard honing her skills and doing what she could.
