Her parents named them all after something to do with Winter since when they were born their body temperature was so low. Her parents decided to experiment on them all and that led to them controling ice, snow or making others freeze, the parents was never cought when the children became murders and started to take their anger out on others. Thus leading to them going to Nanba prison. They wanted all boys since they are apparently stronger so they made Blizzard dress like a boy and talk like a boy so now she doesn't know what her normal voice sounds like. .
