Backstory: Lucy discovered her powers when she was nine. She hid them as best she could but her family one day discovered and they were so afraid of these powers that they dumped her in the middle of a field and left. An organization that had given her these powers and had since kept a close eye on her picked her up after her family had dumped her, she was eleven. After this she always dealt with trying not to be angry and bitter and for years she thought she had dealt with it. She spent the next several years training with the organization and helped people through using her powers. 

Then something happened. She learned that this organization had been lying to her. They had told she had been born with these powers, that she was a freak, when in fact they had given them to her as an experiment. She freaked, with this information she realized that if it wasn't for them she would still have a family. Since then she's gone rogue, terrorizing the organization and hurting people rather then helping them. \\I purposely kept it vague in case someone wants to role-play it with me.//
