APPEARANCE: they stand at about 5'4 but normally wears high tops that gives them a few extra inches. Their natural hair color is a strawberry blonde. Freckles cover their arms from the amount of sun they get, however they have remained the same pale skin (which annoys them). They have light brown eyes and a tiny mole under left eye. Their hair tips are dyed a light pink color (usually changes color every month). They have an oval shaped face that they are self-conscious about, which is another reason why they keep their hair straight and normally wear a beanie. The most makes up they will wear is light powder and some mascara. They also wear reading glasses when they need to read stuff up close.

BACKGROUND:
KC wishes things would go back to the way they were five years ago. They had begged their mom, Hanna, to go to the store and buy them the strawberry chocolate swirl with white chocolate chips ice cream instead of the vanilla cream sprinkled ice cream for their birthday. They did not know that a sink hole would have opened up and swallow their mother whole. They possibly couldn't. KC went through multiple crisis while she tried to cope with losing their mother. Her father, Fred, went through a depression and neither talk much to each other. Ian kept to himself and was always at a friend's house. After a year, KC began to open up more to their father and came across as non-binary. Ian stayed home more often and the two of them began to goof off.

Not a year later their father said they had met someone new. While Ian was happy for their father, KC was pissed off. They weren't sure why because they should have felt happy that their father had gotten over his depression. Maybe it was because they haven't gotten over what happen, but they left home that night to spend the night at their mother's graveyard. Their brother found them and after a heart to heart managed to convince them to come back. The two of them met their dad's boyfriend a week later along with Killian's daughter. KC wanted to have a good first impression but Taylor pissed her off. She didn't give a dam about KC's pronouns and probably would have said her legal name if she'd known it. However, she gets along okay with their brother so it made her even more confused and annoyed. Ian jokes that maybe she just mean to her crushes like a primary school boy, or maybe they remind her of someone that she dislikes, or maybe- KC was done with 'maybes'! However, no matter how many times they ask what her problem was she'd quickly turn away with no answer. It didn't help that once their dads got married they had to share a hallway and bathroom with her.

PERSONALITY:
KC does not talk as much as they used to. They hate making small talk and would rather have deep, meaningful conversations with people. So much so they skip first day class to avoid introductions. However, if they are with a close friend, they actually tell the most awful puns and dad jokes. They become a bright ray of sunshine with the biggest smile. When they are with them, they seem to have a little spring in their step.

KC is not dumb. They are quite smarter than people give them credit for. However, their dad does not want them to be taking any AP classes until their senior year, so they are stuck in easy classes. So they are stuck looking bored, sleeping, and/or fidgeting with their pencils. However, they do suck at pretty much every Science class. No matter how many notes they take, they seem to always make terrible grades.

KC is a very prescient person. They will do whatever it takes until they find what they are looking for. They tend to be stubborn in their ways, so sometimes they don't know they are pushing limits/boundaries. Their curiosity feeds their stubbornness and leaves them wanting more.
