Backstory: Bree grew up second best to Audrey. Her older sister was groomed to be the next Queen of Auradon, so she was neglected. She eventually gave up on trying to gain attention, not speaking unless spoken to. She then found that singing and performing in front of others made her forget how she was constantly in Audrey's shadow. She had the spotlight for once and wasn't about to let it go. She became president of the drama club and made a name for herself. She's not as well known as Audrey and people make assumptions about her since they're related, but she stays quiet until the time comes to change things.
