She is fairly skinny with a few curves, weighing in around 137 pounds and has dark sterling grey eyes along with three horizontal black lines on the bridge of her nose which is just an added detail because of her quirk. The brunette has a beauty mark on the back of her neck and on her cheek and the brunette has three piercings in her right ear, an industrial piecing and two standard piercings. She also has a dimple only on her left cheek. Kasumi typically either wears her hair in two small ponytails in the front with the rest of her hair down (Toga did this hairstyle for her and it just stuck) or she wears it down in a slightly messy and puffy manner.

Personality// Kasumi is quite the nysterious gal when you first meet her, not exactly liking to really talk or hang around too many people when they first meet. Don't get it wrong, if she is interested in you and vice versa, she may take the time to actually tell you some basic things about her. She tends to be a bit closed-offish when she first meets people and usually comes off as intimidating to people, just somewhat having this slightly intense aura despite her innocent looks, but she also gives off some nonchalant vibes, which gives people the idea that she doesn't really care which doesn't do anything really but confuse people when she first meets them. But when she does get used to a person and open up to them, the female can be quite the tease and flirt along with a bundle of fun when she's in a good mood, often being quite spontaneous and random at times. While she may not seem like it, the female loves physical affection despite her quirk and that's her biggest love language along with giving gifts.

Despite all of this, Kasumi is a very determined and driven girl who will let no one or anything stand in her way and will kick anyone who tries. Or surround their head in one of her bubbles, whichever she's in the mood for. The female also prefers to do things her way rather than strictly by the books, marching to the best of her own drum. She believe that if it gets the job done, then why do you have to obey the rules all the time? She can be a bit stubborn and even a bit of a workaholic at times, being one to work hard for what she wants rather than it being given to her. However, she can be quite careless at times and will do anything to prove herself worthy, even if it does result in a few scratches and injuries here and there. But usually she is quite level-headed and tries her best not to become stressed or angry under any situation, though she does have slip ups here and there where she will gladly tell you off with some very unheroic language. But get on her bad side and she can be one of the coldest people you have ever met. Hate being ignored or yelled at? While Kasumi would love to do it, pushing her buttons just enough will make the female act as if you never existed or walked into her life. Cruel, she knows.
Flaws// One of her biggest flaws would be her trust issues with herself. She doesn't completely trust herself when it comes to making hard decisions or making friends, fearing that she'll hurt them in the process or make the wrong choice which is why she prefers to work alone. She won't hesitate to hurt enemies though, that's not the problem. She can also be a bit reckless when her thinking process isn't clear, relying more on emotions that logic at times which doesn't always end with good results. Another flaw of hers is that she will sometimes overwork herself to the point where she'll stress herself out and shut down emotionally. She puts a lot of pressure on herself whenever she makes a mistake and punishes herself for it. The brunette is also terrible at asking for help and would much rather help others in order to distract herself from her own issues. She also can be quite emotionally unavailable at times which often makes it hard for her to deal with people but she tries her best.

Backstory// Kasumi was adopted only a month after she was born because her mother wasn't able to financially support both her and her newborn child, wanting to give the child the best chance at a good life. Kasumi was thenadopted by a lovely young couple who were physically unable to have children, the young child being raised in a loving home with her two parents. Despite her parents loving her to the best of their ability and providing her with everything she needed, she couldn't help but to feel as if she owed them no matter how much they disagreed. They had taken her in and supported her through thick and thin, helping her with her homework or cheering her up whenever she made a mistake with her quirk or playing with her hair whenever there was a thunder storm to help her get through it. So, she bowed to herself that she would prove her worth and make them proud by making it to the top, no matter what it takes. However, as time went on and she grew older she began to realize how different she was from the people around her. Because her adoptive parents were quirkless, they were quite...cautious of their child's quirk because of its dangerous nature. They even had a device built for her so that she wouldn't be able to use when at home or around them really. She was raised around quirkless people and they too grew afraid of her dangerous nature and so that caused for the brunette to grow bitter and grew resentment towards herself and her quirk. They tried to make her into this perfect child by hiding her quirk and it just ended up pushing her further and further towards the ledge until she just fell off into the deep end one day.

Quirk// Deoxygenate
Quirk explanation // Her quirk allows her to deoxygenate or remove the oxygen from things. Any organism that respires, she is able to remove the oxygen surrounding them with a simple touch, converting it into energy for her to use. However, taking the oxygen away from matter will either result in them suffocating(or die if it comes to that). She can also create an encapsulation bubble void of oxygen. She has learned to control the amount of oxygen she pulls away from something or someone based on time and how she's feeling at the moment. Her quirk also allows her to breathe without oxygen for periods of time lasting from a few minutes to a whole hour and a half.
Quirk flaws// •toxins: because of her quirk her tolerance to toxins in the air is lowered so if exposed to toxic or disgusting fumes then she will be extremely nauseous and pass out easily) •overuse of her quirk can result in trouble breathing and painful headaches since every time she uses her quirk because it puts restraints and pressure on her own lungs •overuse of quirk can also make her pass out, lasting for hours or days on end •any type of smoking weakens her lungs bit by bit (but she still does it)

Kasumi Headcannons!
•Since Kasumi's love language is mostly giving gifts and physical affection, if you are her significant other than definitely expect dates like ice skating or movie nights where she could hold your hand or hug you or expect gifts every so often
•Kasumi let's Toga do her hair sometimes because she likes having her hair played with
•Kasumi has a habit of distancing herself and shutting herself out from people if she feels as though she may do something that may damage their friendship or relationship
•Kasumi's guilty pleasure is gardening despite her quirk being able to counter that hobby of hers if she accidentally set it off or if she didn't focus enough. •Her favorite flowers are chrysanthemums
•Kasumi is self conscious about her black markings on her face from her quirk and later on when she's a bit older she dyes it to have peacock color highlights
