Rules- She can control minds but only if she focuses hard on it and receives a headache. She does have telekinisis, but has a limit of carrying 5,000 lbs at a time and the heavier the object, the harder for her to carry.

Backstory: Her dad was her best friend and favorite parent throughout her childhood and her mom was working while he stayed home. She preferred it. Victory's dad died when she was 8 and her mom got remarried a year later. From age 9 to 14, she was abused by her step-dad and her mom once again worked. She never got to see her mom, for she wasn't home often, and when she was, she didn't bother Victory by asking questions. Her step-dad killed her mother when she was 15 and he ran off somewhere. He is dead to Victory now.

Extra: She doesn't talk at all in groups and will only talk to people she trusts. She can, however, put thoughts in people's heads if she's thinking about the same things and is in sight of them
