Elizabeth Bloom- he loves her a ton without word to express how much he loves her. He is very shy when he meets her because they meet eyes when she drops her glove and he just stares at her because she is very beautiful. He likes confiding in her he feels like he can tell her anything. He loves making her presents that he makes with his power because she is one of the only kids to appreciate his power. They become really good friends and then he asks her to be his girlfriend bringing her to a waterfall enchanted forest type place. And they have an epic romance that is awesome.
Backstory:
Axel grew up in East London, England in a children's home belonging to Miss Owl living with his twin brother Thomas. One of the kids in their house and their ymbryne had to make it a loop living in 1934 they lived in that loop for over 20
years but then it got attacked by hollows and everybody left. Everybody went to Miss Humming's loop there Axel and Thomas had learned that they had a cousin named Olive in Miss Peregrine's loop in whales so Axel and Thomas left that loop and all their friends and went to find Miss Peregrine's loop. They found it and their cousin Olive Elephanta, they loved it there and decided to stay and they fell in love and made many new friends but miss their friends in London. But to their dismay Miss Humming's loop was attacked but gratefully all of them escaped and came to Miss Peregrine's loop reuniting with Axel and Thomas!
