He blushes blue

But more like a lizard's tail with no fluke and just one fan, basically cut one of the fins off of the tail and there you go translucent and slightly ridged

His his ears kind of look like this but the color matches his hair

Claws and webbed hands they match his normal skin tone and the claws are bone color
