This is Ricochet's counterpart from the IDW comics "More Than Meets The Eye" and "Lost Light".

Personality: Brave and adventurous, but reckless sometimes. A goofball and fun loving. Is caring and protective of those she loves.

Backstory: Ricochet was forged nearby Iacon, and as a newly made protoform, was missed by the collectors and left abandoned, going into a cold, stasis state. Luckily, Ironhide happened to be on patrol there and came across the protoform, sharing some of his CNA with her to help and reactivate her and give her form. 'Hide took her to where the collectors kept the protoforms, but after spending time with the little one, and her beginning to look like him, he decided to keep her as his own.

Ricochet was raised to be a fighter. She fought in the great War for Cybertron and was a proud Autobot. But even after the war she felt like she wasn't taken seriously. That even her Sire didn't respect her as a warrior.

So to prove herself, 'Che ran off and joined the crew of the Lost Light, determined that once she returned, she would be a hero. And that she will have earned her father's respect.

•Ricochet has a crush on Rodimus, which he's clueless about.

•Ricochet's "butterfly" door wings are the result of a mutation in her CNA, which means she developed 4 wings instead of 2.

•In battle Ricochet's "butterfly" doorwings are incredibly useful. She uses them almost as swords, smacking and knocking out her opponents.

•She has always wanted to change her alt to a plane or be capable of flight.

•in battle, Ironhide was incredibly anxious about 'Che being there. He'd stick by her and try to take most of the fight, which frustrated her. She understood he wanted to protect her but she knew her skills as a fighter and felt he didn't believe in her.

•Whirl is a bad influence on 'Che. His insanity and recklessness inspires her to be more reckless and undertake more dangerous missions. But he's insane, she's crazy. They get along well.

•Ricochet is also currently trying to convince one of the others to help her build a jetpack upgrade for herself. Ratchet said no. Whirl and Swerve said yes.
