Backstory: Phoenix Phillips was born on the Ark. Always a rebellious child, she made quite a name for herself. Her parents hated the system and plotted to assassinate Jaha. They were found out, and arrested and floated as a result when Phoenix was 14. Because of that, Phoenix grew angry and even more rebellious, trying to speak rebellion against Jaha and the council. She attempted to set off a bomb in Jaha's room but was caught and arrested, put into the sky blocks and sent to Earth with the 100.

Once there, she embraced her freedom. And tried to hook up with Bellamy multiple times. 

In season 3 she also developed a interest in Prince Roan.
